1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

"Platform" / "nm88"

"Player" / "User" / "You"

"Balance"

The total sum of funds held within a Player's nm88 account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT), comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts.

"Bonus Funds"

"Real Funds"

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active nm88 account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, nm88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any outstanding balances, and void any pending bets or bonus claims without prior notice.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

When registering, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and the mobile number linked to your designated payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

2.4 Player Eligibility Declaration

By completing registration on nm88, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are aged 18 or above.
• You are not a resident of any Restricted Territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an nm88 employee.
• You are registering voluntarily, with full understanding that gambling involves financial risk.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from nm88 or been subjected to a permanent account ban by nm88.

3 Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nm88 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. nm88 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account via the Security Settings panel. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's account.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify nm88 support immediately at [email protected]. nm88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

nm88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal, when a significant deposit threshold is reached, or when irregular activity is detected. Required documents may include a government-issued national ID (NID), passport, or driver's licence, as well as proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by nm88 support may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities.

3.4 Account Currency

All nm88 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. nm88 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, where a Player deposits using Visa or Mastercard issued in a foreign currency, the issuing bank's conversion rate will apply and nm88 bears no responsibility for any resulting discrepancy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

nm88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), Visa, and Mastercard. nm88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of changes via the nm88 website or support communications.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The maximum single deposit amount and daily deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players may set voluntary deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming settings in their account dashboard, in line with Section 11 of these Terms.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) where the account has passed KYC requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Bank card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank. nm88 does not charge withdrawal fees, though individual financial institutions may apply their own charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. nm88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that nm88, in its sole discretion, deems to require additional review. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements detailed in Section 5.

4.5 Prohibited Transactions

Players must not use nm88 accounts as a money transfer or e-wallet service. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing them without placing a proportionate number of bets constitutes misuse of the nm88 payment system and may result in account suspension and a review of all associated transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional bonuses offered by nm88 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, BPL cricket betting promotions, and slot free-spin equivalents — are subject to individual promotion terms published alongside each offer. General eligibility requirements include: holding a verified nm88 account in good standing, being aged 18 or above, and having met any qualifying deposit threshold specified in the promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before associated winnings may be withdrawn as Real Funds. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%; sports betting markets contribute 100% on settled bets at odds of 1.50 or greater.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited will expire and be removed from the Player's balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Winnings derived from expired bonus funds are also forfeited.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

nm88 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit from bonus funds (bonus arbitrage), using automated software or bots to exploit promotional offers, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

5.5 nm88's Right to Modify Promotions

nm88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, any Bonus Funds already credited and actively being wagered will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of the original credit.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

By confirming a bet or initiating a game round on nm88, you accept the displayed odds, stake, and potential return at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. nm88 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the Player.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Cricket betting odds on nm88 — covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are updated in real time and are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. nm88 reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time without prior notice, including after a bet has been placed but before the event commences, where nm88 determines that odds have been published erroneously.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by nm88 in circumstances including: the event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; incorrect odds being published due to a technical error; evidence of match manipulation or irregular market activity. Void bets result in the full stake being returned to the Player's account balance.

6.4 Slot and Casino Game Rules

All slot titles and live casino games on nm88 operate according to the rules defined by the respective game providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. In the event of a discrepancy between game display results and nm88's server records, the server records shall prevail. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.5 Technical Interruptions

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round or live bet, nm88's system will record the game state at the point of interruption. Where a game round cannot be completed, the Player's stake will be returned. nm88 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nm88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the nm88 platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in nm88's systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information betting on cricket or any other sports market.
• Using the nm88 platform for any money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or any activity prohibited under applicable Bangladeshi law.
• Accessing the nm88 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the nm88 platform, its software, or its game content.
• Creating or using a nm88 account on behalf of a third party, or using another Player's account under any circumstances.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nm88 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the nm88 platform — including but not limited to the nm88 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of nm88 or its licensed content partners (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nm88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any nm88 content; creating derivative works from nm88 content; using nm88 branding in any external publication, advertisement, or social media post without prior written consent from nm88.

Any unauthorised use of nm88's intellectual property may result in legal action and will constitute grounds for immediate account termination.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

nm88 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond nm88's reasonable control (force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, ISP outages, or acts of war). nm88 is not liable for any losses incurred by a Player due to platform unavailability.

9.2 Accuracy of Information

While nm88 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information displayed on the platform — including odds, game RTP figures, and promotional terms — is accurate at the time of publication, nm88 does not warrant that such information is free from errors. nm88 reserves the right to correct errors and will not honour bets or transactions made on the basis of clearly erroneous information.

9.3 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nm88's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. nm88 is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

9.4 Third-Party Content

Game content on nm88 is provided by third-party game studios. nm88 acts as a distribution platform and is not responsible for the content, fairness determination, or technical performance of individual game titles, which remain the responsibility of the respective game providers.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by the Player

A Player may request closure of their nm88 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any Real Funds balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds being satisfied or forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by nm88

nm88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence that the account is held by a person under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring nm88 to restrict account access.
• Evidence of multiple account creation by the same individual.

Where an account is closed by nm88 due to Player breach, any balance (Real Funds and Bonus Funds) may be forfeited in whole or in part, at nm88's discretion, and nm88 shall have no further obligation to that Player.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal). nm88 will attempt to notify the Player at their registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 against the account balance. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting nm88 support.

11 Responsible Gaming

nm88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling for all eligible players in Bangladesh. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity — not a source of income, and not a way to resolve financial difficulties. The following tools and policies form part of nm88's responsible gaming programme. 18+

11.1 Self-Exclusion

Any Player who believes their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Player's account will be locked, all marketing communications from nm88 will be suspended, and no new account may be opened. 11.2 Deposit Limits

11.3 Session Time Limits & Reality Checks

12 Amendments & Governing Law

12.1 Right to Amend

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the nm88 website, with at least 7 calendar days' notice before the revised terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the nm88 Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between nm88 and the Player with respect to use of the platform. These Terms supersede all prior representations, discussions, understandings, or agreements between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the nm88 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact nm88 support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. nm88 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted to [email protected].

12.5 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
